Your data is used to provide, maintain, and improve the WowziVerse services. This includes AI-matching creators to campaigns, processing wallet transactions, authenticating identities, and providing customer support.

We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure to store your data securely. Passwords are cryptographically hashed, and sensitive financial information is encrypted at rest.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third parties necessary for operation (e.g., payment gateways like Flutterwave, KYC providers, and brand partners strictly within the context of an accepted campaign).

5. Creator Data & Analytics

By linking your social accounts, you authorize WowziVerse to ingest public and authenticated metric data (followers, engagement rates) to construct your platform portfolio and calculate fraud scores.

6. AI & Machine Learning

WowziVerse operates proprietary AI models trained on anonymized, aggregated platform data (e.g., successful campaign briefs, engagement velocity). Individual PII is stripped prior to entering the training pipeline unless explicit consent is provided.

7. Cookies

We use necessary cookies for session management and authentication, and analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You can manage your preferences through your browser settings.

8. User Rights

You retain rights under applicable frameworks (including Kenya DPA, Nigeria NDPR, and South Africa POPIA). This includes the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

9. Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as required to comply with financial and legal obligations across operating jurisdictions.

10. International Transfers

As a Pan-African platform, your data may be processed in countries outside your residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are implemented during cross-border transfers.

11. Children's Privacy

WowziVerse is strictly intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
